How much do custom blind coverings cost?
All orders will be at a cost of $179.00, with free shipping and handling. No matter what the size.

When will I receive my order?
Your order will go into production 1-2 business days after your order. Most custom order products are shipped about 5 days after they arrive in production, give or take a few days. Orders are shipped UPS ground, so please allow 3-5 days after shipment to receive your order.

Can I use any image for my blinds?
Any up-loaded image must be originally created with the resolution of at least 180 dpi and at a minimum resolution of 1200 by 800 (more than 1200 by 800 is recommended). Custom up-loaded images can not be returned, due to the extra effort our designers spend on developing a unproven image. We reserve the right to decline the process of any order that may be considered offensive or objectionable or to contain copyrighted material, as we see fit. Some resolution softening may result due to poor resolution of the original image.

Can I use my custom blind coverings on any blinds?
The product is intended to be installed on standard 3 1/2 inch VERTICAL (only), vinyl (PVC/Plastic) blinds only. They are not recommended for any other single vertical vane widths less than 3 1/2 inches in width, and not for fabric type vertical window blind styles. *It is very important to note whether your blinds overlap to the left or the right when ordering!

What is the return policy?
At CreateMyBlinds.com we sell custom made window coverings manufactured with extreme care to the specifications provided by our customers. For this reason most orders are non-returnable. To assist our customers we provide simple-to-follow measuring instructions on our web site. We will allow our customers to return the blinds they order if they arrive damaged or incorrect. All shipping fees associated with returning any order is the responsibility of the customer.

Is it possible to cancel or change my order after it has been submitted?
Each order is sent to production within 1-2 business days after ordering. Please ensure that the sizes and images are correct before ordering. Orders that are cancelled or changed may incur a fee. Feel free to contact us however as we will make every effort to make any changes we can without any additional charges. All order changes or cancellations must be made via phone.

What are the blind coverings made of?
All image enlargements will be printed on UV-resistent semi-gloss photo paper and pre-assembled in a UV-resistant clear plastic sleeve for years of fade resistant image protection.

How should I clean my blind coverings?
Cleaning should only be done with a light concentration of soap and water. DO NOT CLEAN WITH ANY SOLVENT TYPE CLEANSER. The clear plastic is prone to scratch, as all plastics are. For best results and extended life apply a soap and water mixture before whipping surface.
